I am currently programing on Access
to have every 5 minutes a sub calles which count the number of people
present in my school and their name
If at 8:30 there are 3 people each one pay 20/3 per hour
if at 8h35 there is one student more the last 3 students pay
20/3 * 5min + 20/4*5min etc
That is the principle
I cannot perform it on excel how could i have a timer realising that every
five minutes and keeping every information of everyday in a report
