Hello,
I have a table with the following data (only showing relevant fields):
Site,Sector 1,Sector 2,Sector 3,Sector 4,Incidents
There are 4 sites and each of the Sectors has various locations, there are 4 different types of incident.
What I want on the report is:
Site Location Incident type 1, Incident type 2...etc
With the names of the site and location and a count of the numbers of each type of incident.
How do I do it!?!?!?! Thanks.
