Composing mail

A while ago I asked if there were a way to make a button on the toolbar that
when you click it, it will bring up the compose window and automatically
fill the "To" box with your favorite contact.

ZootRot answered:
.. . . write a VBA function and link it to a custom toolbar button or menu.

I don't know how to do this. Can anyone help?

Yes!
That works. I substituted a valid address after the "mailto:"
and clicking that link started a new window with that person in the "To"
field.
Good. This is good.
Now, how do I assign that link to a toobar button?
