"Compressed" resource graphs

Hi

Is there any way in Project (2000 or above) to display a
"compressed" version of the resource graphs so you can see several on
one page rather than having to scroll though every resource graph?

Would it be possible to show only over-allocated resources so
attention can be focused on leveling those?

Thanks

Hi Clive,

Welcome to the Microsoft Project newsgroup :)

Please see FAQ Item: 38. Combined Resource Graph

As to your second question, overallocated resources are shown in red in the
Resource Graph and the Resource Sheet views, so you'll have to find out
which they are. In Resource Sheet you can filter for overallocated
resources. However, if you use levelling, Project will only delay tasks
where the resource is overallocated.

FAQs, companion products and other useful Project information can be seen at
this web address: http://www.mvps.org/project/

Hope this helps - please let us know how you get on:)
