How can I compress my Excel file for faster emailing?

If you do not have Windows XP, then install WinZip:

http://www.winzip.com/

and use it to compress the files prior to mailing.

Yes I do have XP Pro. Is there a way to compress and email from within Excel
I am using Outlook for my email.
