When I re-installed Publisher 2003 on my new computersystem, I realized that
I no longer have the picture tool bar that contains an icon for compressing
picture size within the file. Approx. a year ago, one of the particpants in
this group advised me about a free download "fix" for this problem. I tried
doing a search on "compressing pictures" before posting this question, but no
results came back. Thanks for your help. Sue
