I delete messages and then purge. However, everytime I go to purge I get the
following window message. "Connection to server unavailable. Outlook must
be online to complete this action" I suspect it has something to do with
messages are not downloaded on receipt. Must this be done even if I do not
want to view message? If so how do I do that?
