Compuserve with OL2003

Outlook 2003.

This is a problem since Cserve appears to have stopped
working for outgoing mail since I upgraded to OL 2003.
The old 'CSMAIL' utility seems not to work. I'm in
Canada, using an old pre-Compuserve 2000 setup. I use
Cserve for dial-up accesson the road, so need to get it
working.
