Running XP Home with 2002 Office XP Standard. Recently without any apparent
reason, when I attempt to open a new (blank) message to compose an email, my
computer freezes about 50% of the time. This also randomly occurs when I
attempt to change email accounts for a composed message and/or send the
message. Is this a common problem? Any suggestions as to cause? Should I
reinstall Outlook? If so, should I uninstall first? Can this be done from
an update disk of Office Suite?
