Thank you, I have 2 printers one is off and the other is on all the time, the
one that is off, is the default printer and I use it for printing pictures
only, when I go to print , on the printer logo it will not print and leaves a
job not complete with the default printer. This morning after I cleaned up
the printer jobs the world and excel worked ok. Thanks again your refrence
