computer generated voice

While typing a paper, I intended to type 'S' and tried to
press shift-s to accomplish this. Instead I pressed other
keys, and the hourglass appeared to show it was processing
what I entered. After processing, a computerized voice
began reading my document back to me sounding much like
Stephen Hawking. It read a few paragraphs then stopped. I
have no clue what I pressed to prompt the talking, but I
wish to have it occur again. If anyone knows what I need to
press, please email me becuase I am curious to do this again.

Thanks!
