computer hang when sending or receiving mail

Hi,

I have an issue with my outlook, whenever an email comes or I send an
email, my CPU usage goes to 100 %.. it freezes the laptop. If you have
experience about this, please tell me what wrong and how to fix it. Thank
you very much.
