computer runnning VERY slow

Help...and any suggestions...I installed the Office Outlook with Business
Contact Manager, 2007 on my computer..(windows vista)..and now it's running
very, very slow...is there something I can disable to have my computer run as
fast as it did before I installed this software??

Uninstall Sql Server, but then BCM won't work, so you'll need to
uninstall that too.
