I have just installed office 2003. was trying to
download a template from microsoft and the computer
stopped responding. At first I could move the cursor but
clicking on buttons did no good. Then the computer made
a "bonk" sound and quit responding. I had to reboot.
When I tried to open another excel document it said that
it had recovered a file and did i wish to save it. I
tried to click on the file to save it and the computer
went "bonk" again and quit responding. This has happened
before. Anytime I have a disk that contains opening
animation the computer locks up. What do I need to reset?
