I have the following data
USER INTEREST
A MUS
A PHI
A TRV
B PHI
B TEK
B BUS
C MUS
C TRV
D MUS
E TRV
If I want my table to contain just 2 fields for this question -- User# and
INTEREST (combination of the INTEREST codes separated by comma). This is just
an additional info for my customer db.
Do I do my cleanup in Word or Excel before importing the data into an
Access table or is there a function I can use to concatenate those values? I
am concerned about multiple spaces when I do concatenation.
Or if I have a separate Interest table, how will I format my report so the
interest values will show up in under 1 column for each user?
Thanks.
