Concatenate formating

Anyone know how to format a number within a string created
from text and cell references, in which the number is the
result of a cell reference within the concatenate function?

Experienced, but Stumped

Thanks for your reply! Your idea works although I had to
go get familiar with the Text function
I encorporated in into my original formula and it works
fine.
