Concatenate: Text String and SUM Results

I have a cell that displays a string of text "% Completed" and I would
like to display that text, together with the results of a SUM
operation:

SUM (C12/C11)*100

and add a percent sign after the SUM results.

Can anyone help me with that?

Yes. This is a cool effect because you can have the results of a cel
together with some other text and the results change as your input
change.

Just use the Concatenate function, which is &.

So the formual "=B2&B3" smashes the contents of B2 together with B3.
You may have to add some spaces in there to make it look right (like &
"), but you get the idea.
