Concatenate with Formatting

I'm using concatenate to piece together several cells in Excel 2007. One of
the cells is in a number format with a comma (1,869). However when I
concatenate the cell the formatting doesn't show up. Does anyone know how to
use concatenate and keep the number format?

Concatenated version
Total Fall On Campus Sections=1869
