CONCATENATE

When I enter this formula in the formula bar =CONCATENATE
(C5,C7), I keep getting the formula itself rather than the
result, can you help?

The cell is probably formatted as text. Change the format to a general or
numeric format using Format | Cells. Then hit F2 and Enter.
