Concurrent use of PWA ID is it bad?

Hi all,

We use a single ID for all PMs to use when updating plans.

We adopted this approach a few days ago. We've since then
had a few corruptions to project plans. As we've had this
problem before we're not positive that these errors have
anything to do with the use a single PMO Plan update ID.

Does anyone know if it is not allowed to have concurrent
use of a single ID in Project Pro? In PWA?

Willing to avoid concurrent use of an ID in PWA but want
concurrent use in Project Pro.

I can't say for sure, but my gut tells me this is a bad idea. What kind of
corruption? What error messages are you seeing the application log.

Since it is turned OFF....no that in itself won't be a problem.
But one ID sounds like a recipe for disaster unless everyperson using that ID is whole-heartedly on the same page...at the same...and in the same frame of mind.

Can you post the error messages?
