Conditional Cell Locking

Hi Folks,

Has anyone out there ever tried to lock a range of cells based on a
condition. For example if there is a cell which is locked to everyone
but the select few, it it possible that on entering data into that cell
another range of cells can be locked down to prevent reprospective data
changes.

Any help would be gratefully received.

Looking for same. Need to lock cell B1 if there is data in A1 and vice
versa, lock A1 if B1 contains data.
