conditional format overriding border

I have some fields that have borders and conditional formatting to change the
colors of the fields. When it's red or yellow, I see the border. When it's
green, I don't see the border. Don't know why I can't see the border on the
green. Any ideas?

Check the border options in your conditional format for Green. Clear out the
border formatting. No Border is a valid type of conditional format.
