Conditional Format

Using the wizard how would I get cell A3 to turn red if cell A1 is greater
than cell A2.

1. Select A3.
2. Format > Conditional Formatting
3. Select "Formula Is" on the drop-down menu.
4. Insert:
=A1>A2
5. Press the Format radio button and format as desired.
