Conditional Formatting Help

Hi my problem is that i want to set a same conditional formatting for
more than 50 cells but it allows me to set one at a time. How to set
conditional formatting for all the cells at a time ??

Select them all and then write your conditional formatting formula using the
activecell. Excel will adjust the formula for the other cells--so be careful
with your absolute/relatative references ($a$1 vs a1).

Or do one and then
edit|copy
followed by
Edit|Paste special|formats

(if you can copy all the formats)

You can just select all the cells before you go into the Conditional
Formatting box, and it should be OK.

If you're doing something a bit more advanced, then you may need to make one
or two changes.

1. Select all the cells. Conditionally format the active cell. The format
will be copied to all of the other selected cells and cell references adjusted
appropriately. You need to be sure to use the proper address mode (relative,
absolute, mixed) depending on exactly what you want to do (If you are using the
Formula Is option).

or

2. Format one cell, again being sure (if you use the Formula Is option) to use
the proper addressing mode for cell references. Then use the Format Painter to
copy the format to the other cells.
