Let me be a little more specific.
I'd like to change an *entire* row color using conditional formatting when
the condition of one worksheet cell meets a formula condition. Let's say,
if A1 is greater than 3 how do I change the another entire row (say row 6)
to red?

Hi
try the following:
- select row 6
- goto 'Format - Conditional Format'
- choose 'Formula' and enter the following formula
=$A$1>3
- choose your format
