Conditional formatting on 0 affecting blank cells

I want to be able to set conditional formatting on a
range of cells which will change the background colour if
the cell contents contain a 0 (zero) but I do not want
the sheet to change the background colour for a blank
cell. Unfortunately Excel reads blank cells as containing
a 0.

Anyone with an answer please?

Use the EXACT function - which will return FALSE if the cell is empty.
