Conditional Formatting

I have two columns with apprixmately 300 entries in each
one. I want to be able to conditionally format one of
the columns so that if the number in the other column is
not the same it will change the background colour of the
cell. I can do this for one cell at a time but would
like to know if there is a way to highlight all of the
cells and do it as one entry. Can anyone help?

Hi Serene
Highlight the range of 300 then Format>Conditional
Formatting>Cell Value>Is not equal to>click the next box
then click adjacent cell and then remove the $ before the
row number
