Conditional Formatting

Hello All,

I would like to highlight a cell to whatever color based
on data contained in the adjacent cell.

Example: If M4 is = to 267 and L4 is = to 227, then
highlight M4 as Blue....

Now keep in mind what I am tying to do is link the number
227 in whatever cell to whatever number is in 227 adjacent
cell...this means 227 adjacent cell could contain any
number...

Thanx for your help!!

:)

David,

You need to go to format, then conditional formatting,
then a box will appear.

1st box is the cell you want the conditional format on
2nd box, set to equal or greater than the cell you want to
compare to
3rd box, either input cell you want to compare to or can
type in exact number.

hope this helps.

It is kind of hard to explain....if you want to send me
the excel file, or a copy of it, and let me know exactly
what you need, I can take a look at it.
