conditional formatting

Can someone tell me how to make a row change to a certain
color after an expired date(i.e. after five days), and
maximum amount (i.e. over $2,500).

Have you tried conditional formatting available under the format menu?
Instead of using "cell value" as the criteria switch it to "formula" and
enter a formula that checks for the criteria below.
