Conditional Formatting

How do I highlight any cell in , say, A1:M1 that is equal to the maximum
value in that range.

Hi Bertrand,

Select Cell A1:M1

Click Format Conditional Formatting and enter this forumla

=A1>AVERAGE($A$1:$M$1)

or

=A1=MAX($A$1:$M$1)
