Conditional Formatting

Columns A & B each have several amounts at varying
intervals. Column C has the total of the respective rows
(e.g. A5 + B5 = C5 etc.) Cells A100, B100 and C100 each
have a total of their respective columns. I want to make
sure - while the COLUMN totals in cells A100, B100 and
C100 are correct - that the sum of A100 + B100 = C100.
Ideally I would like to conditional format C100 with the
instruction that, if the amount in the cell is NOT equal
to the sum of (A100,B100, then the cell returns a red
background (or exudes a burning smell). You get my
point! Thanks for the help!
