Basic problem is the following:
I need to have a simple list of items, some of which are
to be validated dropdowns. First question, how do I limit
one dropdown based on another dropdown's selection?
Second question, I'd like to have the line either
strikethrough and/or color differently based on one of the
columns values turning to something, rather than nothing.
More specifically, the Start Date will be filled in, with
the End Date blank. While blank, I want it to stay
black. Once End date is enterred, I want that line to
change color. Was thinking it's something like
conditional formatting, but then I don't know how to get
the condition to look at another cell. Anyway, that's the
problem, so any help is appreciated.
