Conditional recurring appointments.

I have a report which must be submitted on the 10th of every month, or on the
last workday before the 10th when the 10th falls on a weekend. How do I
create a recurring appointment or recurring task which will work with these
conditions?

Outlook has no feature do to this. You'll need to adjust the dates manually.
