Hi

I have read some of teh other messages relating to this
query - but none seem to shed any light....
Help please (-:

I am fairly familiar with earlier versions of mail merge -
but am having trouble with the XP version (wizard etc).

I am a university student and need to figure out how to
do this as part of my PhD which involves providing people
with feedback on psychometric tests. There are hundreds
of them and I can't bear the thought of sitting there for
weeks when I know that word can do this for me within
moments.

Within word I would like to create a report template
(containing generic text) which then draws on a data
source that contains numerous paragraphs. E.g. the
dimension neuroticism would have a paragraph for a low
score, for an average score and then for a high score.
The same with other dimension such as Openness,
Extraversion etc

e.g. if they score 0-29 on a particular dimension
then 'the low score' a paragraph will be inserted into
the template, 30-39 then 'the average score' paragraph
will be inserted.and so on for each dimension

Are you able to help? Someone? Please help 0-;
Signed frustrated psychology student.
