conditonal format

Hi,

Conditonal formatting is greyed out. The workbook is shared from the server.
It has some conditonal formatting done already. We just want to edit some
more, but it is greyed out. How do i enable it?

Tools, Share workbook, Edit (tab), uncheck .... share with other users
