Condo Options Selection Form

I'm trying to build a form in Excel to select all the
options, colors, materials, etc. for a home buyer in a
new condo. For example, which cabinet type and finish,
what counter tops, what carpet and flooring, etc.

Does anyone have a form already done? I'd love to get
one, even pay for it. Please let me know.
