Confidentiality of a database

need to set up a contacts folder for a contractor to send emails to
individual addresses (all Bcc) but I dont want him to be able to see the
addresses which are in the folder.

You might be able to do this from Access by hiding the database container.
Look at the following code:

Now look at the following email code:

http://www.datastrat.com/Code/MultipleEmail.txt

and change the lines:

With objEml
.To = strTo

to:

With objEml
.BCC = strTo
