Is there a way to secure a database entry once the entry
has been made, to prevent overwritting the original entry
with a subsequent entry. Unfortunately my office has a
person doing data entry that isn't real computer savy.
He's constantly overwritting previous entrys in our
database with new entrys. I would like some way of
securing the database so that new entries can be made,
without the possiblity of overwritting the previous
entries.

Thanks

You might want to have this person do his entries on a form that has the
Data Entry and Allow Additions properties set to 'Yes'.
