Configure Access to open a form on loading DB

I have a form in my Access database that I want to load as
users open the database. The users will open the database
via a link on the intranet home page. How can I configure
Access to load the form when the link is clicked on the
intranet site, rather than having just the database open
the way it normally does?

Go to Tools->Startup and select a form in the Display Form/Page field.

Two ways. Go to Tools - Startup and enter the form's name
in the Display Form/Page dialog box (look at the other
options, you can hide the database from view in this
window), or right-click the form and create a shortcut.
Then place the shortcut link on your intranet page.
