Help with Windows 7 / MS Office 2007

I want to be able to use my bigpond email address within the windowd live
mail. My ISP tells me it is a Mic rosoft problem and Microsoft tell me it is
an ISP problem so i am just about to throw the whole thing in the bin and go
back to a typewiter
