Since you didn't mention what version of Exchange is being used at work
and/or whether or not work supports to Exchange with RPC over HTTPS (aka
OutlookAnywhere), requires a VPN connection to work, .etc, you really should
be working back thru your employeers IT department. If they do support it,
they can supply you with a preference file (.PRF) that will help you
configure an Outlook profile or at the very least instructions on how to
configure your mail client.

If they do you give you a .PRF file, then you just run this command one
time...

Start > Run
Type: outlook.exe /importprf "c:\location\to\filename.prf"
OK button
