configure page - paper size appear only personal size

Where I try to modify the size of paper, in window configure page show just
unique option is personal size (21,59 cm X 27,94 cm). How I do for resolve
that situation.
I live in São Paulo City, Brazil and I stay grateful from somebody have that
solution.
(Sorry by my few english...)

If you want to use paper of that size (21.59 cm x 27.94 cm) then select
Letter size (under File>Page Setup>Paper) as those are its dimensions.

If however, you want to create a different size of paper, select Custom size
from the drop down list for paper size under the File>Page Setup>Paper
dialog and then enter the dimensions of the paper that you want to use in
the Width and Height controls.
