Configure PS2007 users to not have a TimeSheet

Hi,

Is there a specific way to configure PS2007 so that users (administrative
users that do not need to be planned in) are not confronted with a Timesheet
that need to be filled in and submitted?

Change the personal view of the webpart so as not to show the timesheet data

Click Welcome {username} top right hand corner of page

Select personalize this page

Edit the reminders web part {modify my webpart}

Under the Project Web Access section, uncheck "show my unsubmitted
timesheets" and "show late timesheets from resources"

Also, make sure the admins are they're own timesheet managers so as not to
show up on other TS managers unsubmitted reports.

Hi Paul,

So what you're saying is that you can only prevent users from seeing the
Timesheet notifications but that there's no way to configure a user not to
have to fill in and submit Timesheets, is that correct?

AFAIK, that is correct.

Paul is descibing look and feel issues. You can prevent access to
timesheets via Group permission (View timesheet center) and if you
remove Timesheet Manager reference from thos admin resources then they
should be unduly disturbed by timesheets. You should also consider
not making user assignable as a resource.
