Configure wss problem

Dear all,
I have install both sharepoint and PWA on the same server.The problem
occur when i want to configure sharepoint to work with PWA.PWA and sharepoint
are installed on the same machine.
In IIS i had set an fix IP for both sharepoint and projectserver.

192.xxx.xx.x4 for project server and sharepoint default
website.192.xxx.xx.x5 for sharepoint central administration.Do you guys think
there is a problem on this kind of setting?

I get this error when i click on save changes in manage wss page:

"Project server cannot connect to the specified Web server running Windows
SharePoint Services.Please check HTTP protocols and the port numbers in both
URLs."
