Configuring added fields to Business Contacts

Dear Expert,

At the 'Phone List' view in business contacts, there is an option to add or
remove fields (see
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/assistance/HP030697341033.aspx )

How can I enter data to those added fields?
Can I make them appear at the business contact form and enter data?

Hello,

This is contacts, not bcm contacts!

You can't add new fields in BCM. Please read other post on this subject.
