CONFIGURING dialog box

Had to reformat my hard drive and reinstalled XP Pro. Then re-installed
Office 2007 Enterprise. Anytime I start an Office item (word, excel, etc) a
dialog box pops up saying "Configuring Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007".
Takes a minute plus to configure. This didn't happen before the reformat.
Anyway of stopping this and going directly into Word, etc. ?? Thanks.

Uninstalled Office 2007 and then reboot and then reinstall it. After this,
install service pack 1. Good luck!
