Configuring email accounts trouble

Hello,

I'm trying to configure Outlook to retrieve my mail from
my internet mail account associated with my website. I
followed the instructions for doing so in the "How to
configure internet e-mail accounts" article from this
site, but I keep getting error messages:
1. "Send test e-mail: The specified server was found, but
there was no response from the server. Please verify
that the port and SSL information is correct." The
port info that was given to me from my host matches is
Email SMTP server (port: 25) and Email POP3 Address
(port: 110). This is what I have in the advance tab

2. "Find outgoing mail server (SMTP): unable to connect
to the out going mail server (SMTP). Please verify the
name server in the outgoing mail server field." In
this field I have webmail.eveandellie.com. The same
address is in the incoming mail server field. I am able
to receive mail but not send any through Outlook.

Obviously Outlook thinks the outgoing server address
should be different, but what should it be? We connect
to the internet through a DSL service. Should I get an
outgoing server address from them? Any help in this
matter would be greatly appreciated.
