In the install directory, create two batch files. One calls:

"\\server\share\office2003\setup.exe"

TRANSFORMS="\\server\share\office2003\noOL.mst" (plus any other desired
switches)

and the other calls:

"\\server\share\office2003\setup.exe"

TRANSFORMS="\\server\share\office2003\withOL.mst" (plus any other desired
switches)
