Hey Veronika,
I think I know this problem and you will need to change
or add some settings in OE. First I need to know if you
have a Dialup or DSL/Cable ISP? It sounds like a dialup.
I have created a temporary email address so you can
contact me and once I get enough info I will send you a
couple of links/urls to some screenshots that I will
created for you on one my server.
