Configuring Outlook Express

I have connected to outlook express with a number of user
names. When I connect with one name, I can see all e-mail
messages in all the folders. But, when I switch users,
the only e-mail that shows up is the "welcome to
outlook..." e-mail.
What do I need to do to get two e-mail addresses to have
equal access and be able to see all e-mails?
